Goods Dispatch Policy
iGamer Corp, will dispatch the goods immediately, as soon as the respective invoice has been issued and the value of the same has been credited in the bank.
Three possible alternatives for the dispatch of goods have been identified, which are described below:
• DISPATCH OF GOODS IN OFFICE (Miami, USA)
• DISPATCH OF GOODS AT NATIONAL LEVEL (USA)
• DISPATCH OF GOODS AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
For the last two alternatives, iGamer Corp makes available to its customers means of transportation from their warehouses to the boarding points, at no cost.
However, customers, at the time of billing, must provide the recipient’s name and home address; and, the name of the Courier and its address. The cost of the freight of the goods from this last point onwards is borne by the customer. In no case may the customer stop paying or discount merchandise to the company because it has suffered any deterioration or loss during the shipment.
iGamer Corp is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to causes beyond its control, such as: carrier delays or shortage of materials, strikes, fires or accidents of a natural nature.
