Processing Products Under Warranty Policy

iGamer Corp, processes all the guarantees requested by its clients, at the sites designated by the respective manufacturers, as long as they comply with the manufacturer’s conditions, such as: coverage period (counted from the date of invoicing); do not present internal and external physical damage (eg broken monitors, sudden increases in electrical power); and, internal manipulations of the product carried out by unauthorized personnel.

In addition, guarantees will only be processed on purchases made in iGamer Corp. (rma@igamer.us)

In accordance with the source of origin of the product, these guarantees can be:

• LOCAL
• NATIONAL
• INTERNATIONAL

Regardless of the origin, any guarantee to be processed must have a technical report and the completion of the RMA PROCESSING FORM.

The time required between receipt and return of the product under warranty will depend on the terms established by the manufacturer.
