RETURNS POLICY

It is not the company’s policy to accept product returns, except in very exceptional cases. If there are exceptions, the products must be in good condition for use and in their original packaging.

Exceptions that may occur must have a written negotiation and approval with the iGamer Corp. Sales department (Sales@igamer.us)

The return shipment, approved by the company, will be in our offices located in Miami, USA. The freight must be paid by the customer. The company is not responsible during the journey for damages resulting from the use, handling, possession or application of the products it distributes.
